Inspector/Sales Technician:
Requirements for the position:
- Skill to generate concise reports
- Knowledge of basic home construction
- Ability & agility to climb ladders & crawl under houses
- A good "listener" & able to identify with customers
- Willing to work a flexible schedule 1 day a week & 1-2 Saturday's each month
- Clean driving record and drug free
Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable & punctual
- Friendly/outgoing personality
- Organized & prepared for sales calls
- Demonstrate at all times integrity and professionalism
- Communicate with customers and company staff in a professional manner
- Willing to go the "extra mile" for the customer

Branch III Applicator/Technician
Requirements of the position:
- Current California Branch III or applicators license
- Knowledge of basic home construction and repairs
- Physical ability and agility to climb ladders and crawl under houses
- Available to work 2 Saturdays each month
- Valid California driver's license, clean driving record and drug free is a must
